Fruit is weighed at packing; small changes in weight are normal. Pre-order shipping days depend on the harvest and may move by a few days.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by SMS, email or a call. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or the details look fraudulent — if you have already paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where it applies.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place the order.
• You can pay by cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad or card, as shown at checkout.
• Sale prices are valid only while the offer and stock last.

Delivery

Delivery times on the Delivery page are estimates. Please check the parcel in front of the rider; if anything is missing or damaged, tell us before you accept it or within 24 hours.

Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges and replacements follow the policy on our returns page. Products with a brand or shop warranty are covered for the period shown on the product page.

Your account and reviews

Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Reviews must be honest and about the product — we may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or contain personal details.

Product information

We describe our groceries as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on screens and sizes or specifications can vary a little between batches.
